I think 15 is fair, I don’t see people who aren’t enthusiasts  deciding to import a 15 year old car instead of buying a used car here. If they weren’t buying new it doesn’t matter. Or even 10 years.

I just don’t see them going for zero, but I think 25 is beyond what it needs to be to accomplish what they believe it’s for.
